SOURCING OF PRODUCTS:
Our Staff often visit factories to keep an update record of the new fabric development
as well as the latest technology used. We therefore keep our clients
informed of the new products and sample it if need to be.
MERCHANDISING:
Our team do all the sourcing of fabric (Wovenwear, Jerseywear, Denim, Knitwear
and Beachwear) and accessories such as Woven or Printed Back Neck Labels,
Care Composition Labels, Size Labels, Flag Labels, Hangtags, Swing Tickets,
Barcode Stickers, Printed Polybags etc....
With Sketches or Original Sample of customers as well as their size
specifications, we request quotations from different factories and try our
best to meet Customer's Target. We then proceed with the following samples
subject to Customer's request (Counter sample, Size Set, Salesmen sample,
Photo Sample, Pre Run etc...).
On confirmation of orders we ensure the smooth running and close follow up of orders. We also keep our Customers informed of their production situation regularly.
QUALITY CONTROL:
Our Quality Controllers check the fabric (colour, weight etc...), assuming that
test report from International Laboratories are up to Customer's requirements.
Then they proceed with the quality control of the garments where 2 line checks
are effected prior to the final inspection.
The reports from these checks are controlled by the
Manager who will take the final decision to release the order. The Manager
also follow the progress of the order so that the delivery date is respected.
Our Controllers are also responsible to forward Production Samples to Customers for approval prior to shipment.
STOCK : We also have a department who looks after stock lots. This
department keep informed our Stock Buyers about existing stocks in factories.
We ensure that our Quality Controllers carry out an inspection on the garments
prior to shipment.
