The house is situated directly on the beach and has an excellent view over the ocean.

The house has 2 separate apartments upstairs and downstairs. Both are the same except for the number of bedrooms. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and downstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1/2 with a double bed) and bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and also a lounge.

 As you can see from the picture, the apatrment downstairs has a big terrace connecting to the garden  and the apartment upstairs is very private with its own individual stairs leading up from the ground floor and a spacious terrace also with a table and chairs. Most people prefer to dine here in the fresh air.

Additional Information: The maid comes every day except Sundays and public holidays. There are  small grocery stores, a post office and a medium sized hotel. All of these are within easy walking distance of the house and all of the things you need on a daily basis can be found there. Occasionally  you will want to do shopping on a larger scale or will want to visit other restaurants. This can be  achieved in Grand Bay which is only 15-20 minutes away by car.
