| 09:30 | Departure from Grand Baie. Welcoming cocktail and briefing by Skipper. |
| 10:30 - 12:00 | Sail passed Coin de Mire island area to search for the dolphins (depending on season) in the turquoise water. |
| 12:00 | Stop alongside Gabriel Island for snorkeling and swimming where the rubber dingy will transport you onto the island for sunbathing and relaxing. |
| 13:00 | BBQ lunch will be served on board or on the beach. |
| 14:00 | Passengers may then snorkel in the shallow and crystal clear waters near the islet and search for tortoises and starfish. |
| 15:30 | The cruise is ready to set back sail along the magnificent scenic view of the North Coast to reach Grand Baie at 17:00. |
