Situation
Little garden ( for Maison Turquoise ) of 40 m2. The Maison Bon Air
is at 20 meters from the beach. A few restaurant in the close neighbourhood,
taxi stand, bus stop about 200 meters far from the complex. Facilities
for organizing boat trips from Blue Bay. A hostess is at your service
for advising on the places of interests and on the best ways to visit
the island, and will do her best to make your holidays easy and comfortable.
Accomodations
* 5 studios and 3 appartments
divided into 2 houses.
* 1. Maison Turquoise facing the beach
* 4 studios included into one house facing the beach, 2 on top and 2
at the ground floor.
On each level, the studios are separated by a communication door.
* 2. Maison Bon Air, located just at the back of Maison Turquoise
One studio and 3 appartments included into one house of 4 accomodations
and the reception area. The studio is at the 2nd Floor, 2 appartments
at the 1st floor and one apartment at the ground floor. Both houses
share the same garden. All accommodations have their private balcony,
kitchen and bathroom.
Room Features
The
studios of Maison Turquoise include one large room of 30 m2 fitted with
one double bed, a wardrobe, a table and 2 chairs. It can accommodate
2 persons. Each kitchennette represents 6 m2 and the bathrooms 5 m2
approximately. The studio of Maison Bon Air includes a room of 9 m2
and is fitted with one double bed and a wardrobe and a kitchen of about
12 m2. The apartments consist of 2 separate areas : 1 bedroom of 9 m2
fitted with a double bed and a wardrobe and a kitchen /living area with
a double sofa/bed for one adult or 2 children.
Practical
Information
All the kitchens are equipped with electric kettle, manual coffee
maker, toaster, fridge, gaz stove, microwave, cold tap water, plates,cuttlery
and dishes. The bathrooms are fitted with electric water heater in the
shower, toilets, washing basin with cold tap water and a 220 v plug.
All rooms fitted with phones with free permission for local calls only.
Portable air conditioning available at 4 pounds per day. A barbecue
is also available upon request.
Regular
Services
Housekeeping is assured by the maid from Monday to Saturday except public
holidays and sundays. Common area T.V room now available and DVD/VCR
facilities. Towels and bedsheets are included and changed twice a week.
Washing and ironing facilities. Breakfasts and meals can also be arranged
for. It is advised to book at least one day in advance for these services.
Half board is proposed to you at only 6 pounds sterling per person.Water
and electricity charges are included in the rental.
